Do you offer gift certificates that I can purchase for someone?

Yes! You can buy a gift certificate for your favorite pastured poultry lover! Just visit the GIFT CARD page under SHOP in the main menu. The best part --> our Perfectly Pastured gift cards have NO EXPIRATION DATE!

What is your return policy?

We do our best at Perfectly Pastured to live up to our high standard of customer service. We thoroughly inspect every product with care before delivery. If there is a rare occasion that you are not satisfied with your order, please email us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery), and we will do our best to make right on the wrong. Due to our product being perishable, we are unable to accept returns. Thank you for understanding and supporting local.

Do you offer subscriptions on products?

Yes! We currently offer two monthly subscription options for our pastured poultry products. Check out our 10 and 15 pound subsctiptions in the SHOP tab!

What are my options for shipping, delivery or pickup?

SHIPPING: If you would like your items shipped, we currently offer flat-rate shipping within the state of Texas for $25 per box (12x12x12). Additional fees will be incurred if your order requires additional boxes. Please contact us if you are in a surrounding state and we can check on shipping times and rates for you. LOCAL DELIVERY: If you would like your items delivered locally in the Greater Houston area, please select the Local Delivery option during checkout. FARMER'S MARKET PRE-ORDER: If you would like to pre-order items and have them ready for pickup at a local farmer's market, you can do so with this option. Please add a note during checkout to specify the farmer's market location we will be attending that you like to pickup at. We regularly attend Montrose on Saturdays and The Heights on Sundays. ON-FARM PICKUP: You are always welcome to come out to the farm in Montgomery to pickup your order. As we do not keep standard store hours, please just arrange a time with us to make sure your order is ready and that we are here to meet with you.

Do you have any regular neighborhood deliveries?

We are in the process of setting up regularly scheduled neighborhood deliveries. If you think you are in a neighborhood that would love to have a regular delivery day, please contact us to see what we can do!
